SHIPPING POLICY & processing time


Shipping is free on all orders over $30 for orders within the US  and over $60 for international orders.


All orders under $30 are a flat rate shipping cost of $5 for shipping within the USA and a flat rate of $13 for international shipping.

Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns.

After processing time, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for US residents.

International shipping takes 10-14 business days.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for safe and timely delivery of your order. 

All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday; while all orders placed on

National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

While we try our best to deliver your items in the speediest manner, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at any time using the tracking number provided to you after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please Note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will, however, aid you in finding your lost or stolen package in conjunction with the carrier. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please also contact the carrier to open an investigation.

All sets are handmade and orders are packed by hand.


Most orders are processed within 2-7business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Custom orders may take from 3-30 days to complete prior to shipping depending on the demand during the time your order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Products are non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety standards.

If you have any defective or shipping issues please email us at within 24 hours of receiving your orders and include a detailed description of the issue, you order number and a clear photo of defective product.


All information received will be reviewed for a replacement to be issued. We are not responsible for any set that has been damaged while under the customer’s care.
